These Terms of Service govern your use of the Iron Hands Hauling website and junk removal services. By booking an estimate or service, you agree to these terms.
All estimates provided online, in person, or by photo are based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for hazardous materials, access difficulties, or volumes significantly different from the estimate.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Iron Hands Hauling carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or items left in unsafe locations. Hazardous materials requiring special disposal are quoted separately.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
